Q) Can a Little League be sold/transferred for profit

A) Yes, a Little League is transferable/can be sold (subject to the approval of the Little League Board) and with a transfer fee of 5% of the amount of the transaction

Q) Is the person starting the Little League and the person owning the little league the same?

A) Anyone can start a little league if they meet the terms and conditions. However, the Little League’s Rights/Brand/Licensing and all other privileges rest with Little League. Little League can sell the Little League franchise to any individual or corporate. Alternatively, the person starting the Little League can also buy the “franchise” should he or they wish to do so

A) No

A) Yes, a Little League can choose from 5 different uniforms

Q) Where do I buy the uniforms, kits for Little League Teams?

A) Little League has designated shops to sell Little League merchandise/uniforms. Alternatively you can suggest a shop that will retail Little League merchandise
